Meet Our Team
Paul F. Weber - Principal

He opened Paul Weber Architect in 2009 to focus his efforts on residential architecture, club facilities, and hospitality design.

Alessio S. Pucci
Mr. Pucci brings a wealth of technical and engineering expertise to PWA. His twin degree in Structural Engineering and in Architecture from the University of Pisa and the University of Florence, respectively, two of the oldest institutions of higher learning in the world, provide a solid underpinning of science and study to each of our projects.
Mr. Pucci has worked on projects spanning the globe and the centuries, from the restoration of 15th Century Palazzo to ultramodern high rise structures in Dubai, and brings an unparalleled ability to see each project in its unique context. He has previously worked with Richard Meier, Jung and Brennan, and Moser Pylon Nelson, among others.
He lives in Saunderstown, Rhode Island with his wife Kimberly and their two children and enjoys fishing and basketball in his spare time.
David T. Lachi
Mr. Lachi rounds out the senior management at PWA, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the field to our team.
He was granted a B. Arch. by Drexel University and since then has distinguished himself in a wide variety of styles and contexts ranging from luxuriant private residences to high rise mixed-use towers to sports facilities. Previously employed by Bower Lewis Thrower Architects and by Newport Collaborative Architects.
He lives in Newport with his wife Alicia and their two sons and enjoys sailing, golf, and tennis.
